Insurance premium and deductible comparison
Compare two supplied quotes for car, home, travel, pet or other deductible-based cover.
Your scenario
Method and exclusions
Annual scenario cost = supplied annual premium + annual fees + number of covered claims × the smaller of covered loss per claim and deductible/excess. Assumes the selected deductible applies once to every covered claim. It ignores exclusions, coverage limits, coinsurance, health out-of-pocket maximums, discounts and future renewals. This cannot quote or rank policies by suitability. Not a model of life-insurance death benefits.

How to use the result
Run a baseline, then change one assumption at a time. Compare the total cost or balance as well as the monthly amount. Keep excluded taxes, fees and product features on a separate checklist. Confirm decisions against actual provider documents.
